Summer Staff
Our paid and volunteer summer staff are the heart of camp—bringing energy, faith, and compassion to every moment. From leading activities and worship to mentoring campers and creating a safe, welcoming environment, our staff serve with joy and purpose. Each team member is trained to care for the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of every camper, helping them grow in confidence, friendships, and faith. Together, our summer staff create unforgettable experiences where campers encounter life, love, and the God of grace.

Pass a Background Check

Renumeration
Paid Staff
Lakeshore will provide housing for the summer. Meals will be provided while camp is in session. Pay for an entire (2 weeks of orientation, 7 weeks of summer camp, 1 week of service) summer is as follows:
- 1st Year Staff: $2,000
- 2nd Year Staff: $2,150
- 3rd Year + Staff: $2,300
Other benefits include: weekly allotment for the canteen, weekend lodging, and access to a washer and dryer.
Volunteer Staff
Lakeshore will provide housing during the camp session you are working. Meals will be provided while camp is in session. An allotment for the canteen will also be provided for each week you work.
**If you are over the age of 18 and working back-to-back camps, you are eligible to stay on the property over the weekend. All requests must be approved by the program director.**
