Breakfast
Country Breakfast: Sausage; Eggs; Biscuits and Gravy
Hashbrown Breakfast: Hashbrown Casserole; Bacon; Biscuits
Pancake Breakfast: Pancakes; Sausage links; Eggs; Syrup
*All breakfasts come with multiple kinds of cereal and juice options
Lunch
Burger Lunch: Hamburgers; Fries; Baked Beans; optional burger toppings: cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce, pickle; chocolate chip cookies
Chicken Lunch: Chicken Patty; Tater Tots; optional toppings: cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce, pickle; cookie
Soup Lunch: Veggie or Roast Beef Soup; Grilled Cheese; Crackers; M&M Cookie
*All Lunches are served with drinks and, when requested, a full salad bar that includes multiple dressings and toppings
Dinner
Spaghetti/Lasagna: Spaghetti/Lasagna; Roasted veggies; Bosco sticks; Strawberry cake
Chicken strips: Chicken Strips; Green beans; Creamed potatoes & gravy; Rolls; Brownies and Ice cream
Chicken alfredo: Noodles; Alfredo; Chicken; Broccoli; Roll; Lemon pie
*All Dinners are served with drinks (Tea, Water, & Kool-Aid) and, when requested, a full salad bar that includes multiple dressings and toppings
Dietary Restrictions
Lakeshore can accommodate most special dietary restrictions and allergies. Normally, alternative items will be substituted. Please let us know ahead of time so we can make the necessary adjustments.
Rolls
Don’t forget about Lakeshore’s famous homemade rolls! We’re known across Tennessee for our rolls, and the reputation is well deserved; they’re amazing. The recipe is even available for you to make at home! (Even though they taste just a little bit better when visiting the ‘Shore)
