Arrival
Check-in will always begin with our staff welcoming you in your vehicle. Vehicles will be lined up, so please have patience as we try to get you parked as soon as possible. To minimize the time spent in your car, we suggest arriving about 15 to 20 minutes after check-in begins.

Upon parking, you will be welcomed to camp by our staff and directed through the check-in process. To help keep the process smooth, have ready:
- Canteen money. You will turn this in at check-in for us to put on their “canteen card.” This way, your camper is not having to keep up with loose change the entire week
- All medications are in the original containers and ready to turn in at the nurse’s station. This includes over-the-counter medications, allergy meds, sleeping aids, vitamins, etc.
After checking in, you can either go to the canteen (camp store) to get some souvenirs or head to your car and retrieve your luggage. Finally, you can accompany your camper to their cabin, meet the counselors, help make their bed, and give them hugs and kisses goodbye.
**Our registrar will contact any campers who have yet to arrive by the following day or later that afternoon (depending on your check-in time)**
Departure
The majority of our sessions conclude at 11 am after worship.
*Camps that check out at different times are Camp Wonder, Camp Joy, Camp Hope, Camp Grace, and Camp Peace

At check-out, you will sign out your camper, pick up their leftover canteen money (or pay the overdue balance), and pick up any medication. Once worship concludes, the doors will be open, and parents can come in and pick up their camper.
Camper luggage will be sorted by cabin groups near the parking area. There will be signs by the luggage stating which cabin the luggage belongs to.
**Please let us know if you need to request an early or mid-week departure to ensure your camper is ready.
