Camp schedules are divided into rotating activities each day, including free choice time, team time, and whole group activities!
Each day at the ‘Shore is unique – packed with fun and exciting activities – and a typical ay may look like this:
8 AM - Rise & Shine
Wake up with a bunk-load of new friends and excellent counselors
8:30 AM - Breakfast with the entire camp
Fantastic food and a great time to meet new friends
9 AM - Fun time with Activity Staff
While your counselors gather for a quick meeting, play fun games (like ships and sailors) with your favorite activity staff members.
9:30 AM - Session Time
Gather for some fun songs before we dive into the summer’s theme, study scripture, and participate in interactive activities with your cabin group
10:30 AM - Canteen/Snack Time
11 AM - Activity Period
It’s time to make bracelets, a heart out of fuse beads, or even a gimp keychain at the craft hut! (activity periods will rotate between activities such as archery, swimming in the pool, crafts, or music fun throughout the week)
12:30 PM - LUNCH!
1 PM - Cabin Time
Relax in your bunk, read letters, hang with new friends, and write home.
1:30 PM - Activity
Cannonball! Make a splash at the pool, go down the water slide, or chill with your friends in the lazy river. (activity periods will rotate between activities such as archery, swimming in the pool, crafts, or music fun throughout the week)
2:45 PM - Cabin Interest Groups
Usually, once daily, campers will choose which fun activity they’ll like to do with their cabin group – perhaps they’ll choose blacktop games, pet pine cones, dance revolution, or more.
3:45 PM - Canteen/Snack Time
4:15 PM - Activity Period
Bull’s eye! Practice your archery skills down at the archery range with your living group. (activity periods will rotate between activities such as archery, swimming in the pool, crafts, or music fun throughout the week)
5:45 PM - Supper!
6:30 PM - Session Time
Gather for some fun songs before we dive into the summer’s theme, study scripture, and participate in interactive activities with your cabin group
7:45 PM - All Camp
Tonight it’s a party on the beach! Enjoy building sand castles, limbo games, snow cones, and more. Each night there is a different “all camp” where all the campers & counselors join in.
9 PM - Canteen/Snack Time
9:30 PM - Worship
What better way to end the day than with evening worship led by counselors, staff, deans, or other campers (under the guidance of our staff)
10 PM - Cabin Time
It’s time to wind down, get ready for bed, and discuss today’s highlights with cabin mates and counselors.
